Tuesday June 17th>  Microsoft has decided to extend support for Windows XP until 2014.  You can read about it on this page: Windows XP: The future.  Apparently the only way to get XP is to downgrade a Vista machine.  Microsoft recommends that route so that your assured that all the drivers work.  Finally, only the Vista Business and Vista Ultimate are allowed to downgrade.

Rates

My rates are as follows:

These rates are based on negotiation when a significant extent of the problem becomes known.  I will make sure that you, the client, are kept up to date at significant milestones.

  1. •$30 for simple setup or configuration issue.

  2. •$65 per hour for issues that can be solved remotely.

  3. •$85 per hour for issues that need to be worked on site.

I like to call myself a Process Improvement Analyst which means that I'm good at leveraging technologies to either gain more from them or apply them in new ways.


My vision is to be able to help you with everything from the simple 10 minute fix, to offering customized solutions meet your needs.  I'll work with either MS Windows or the Mac, but currently not Linux/Unix.
